After installing iolo Personal Firewall I am unable to use my webcam or other audio/video features of Yahoo Messenger.

PROBLEM
After installing iolo Personal Firewall I am unable to use my webcam and/or other audio/video features of Yahoo Messenger.
CAUSE
There are several possible reasons for this issue:
- You are behind a network firewall that is blocking access to these features.
- An improper network connection setting is selected within Yahoo!® Messenger.
- iolo Personal Firewall has been set to block access to the ports necessary for these features.
RESOLUTION
The necessary steps for correcting any of the three above causes are as follows:
1. If you are behind a network firewall, you will need to speak to your network administrator for information on correcting this issue.
2. If you are not behind a network firewall, follow these steps to ensure that your network connection settings are correct within Yahoo! Messenger.
A. Open Yahoo! Messenger.
B. From the top menu of the application select Messenger > Connection Preferences.
C. From the Connection panel select No Network Detections. Click Apply.
D. Restart Yahoo! Messenger.
3. If neither of the first two solutions resolve your issue, you can allow access to the necessary ports from within iolo Personal Firewall.
A. Start iolo Personal Firewall.
B. In the Zone Security panel on the main firewall dashboard locate the Internet Zone. Click View Zone Options.
C. Select Turn on security and choose a specific security level.
D. Find the Custom security level below and click Edit settings.
E. Select Custom Ports.
F. Rule One:
1. From the Custom Ports tab, click Add to create a New port rule.
2. In the Rule description field enter: Yahoo Webcam
3. In the Port number field enter 5100.
4. Select the TCP and UDP boxes.
5. Select Incoming and Outgoing boxes and click OK.
G. Rule Two:
1. From the Custom Ports tab, click Add to create a New port rule.
2. In the Rule description field enter: Yahoo Voice
3. Select Port Range.
4. In the Port Range field enter 5000-5010.
5. Select the TCP and UDP boxes.
6. Select Incoming and Outgoing boxes and click OK.
H. Select Save and close the iolo Personal Firewall window.
I. Run Yahoo! Messenger and iolo Personal Firewall as desired.
