I did not register my iolo technologies product at iolo’s Web site, http://www.iolo.com/, and I have lost my licensing information. What do I do?
Answer
You will need to provide iolo with proof of purchase so that we can generate new licensing information for you.
To do this:
- Locate a copy of either your original purchase receipt or a credit card statement that clearly shows a record of the iolo technologies product purchase.
- Fax a copy of this information, including a letter explaining the nature of your request and that you are providing proof of purchase, to iolo technologies’ Customer Support department. For the iolo technologies Customer Support fax number, click here.
- Make sure to provide us with the following contact information so that we can create a new customer record for you:
Your full name
Mailing address
E-mail address
Daytime telephone number
The product and version you purchased
Where you purchased it
- After we have received and reviewed your information, an iolo technologies representative will contact you by phone or e-mail.
